மிசிசாகா மதுபானக் கடையில் நடந்த கொள்ளை முயற்சி – பொதுமக்கள் துணிச்சலாக முறியடிப்பு!

மிசிசாகாவில் (Mississauga) உள்ள எல்.சி.பி.ஓ (LCBO) மதுபானக் கடையில் கடந்த மே மாதம் நடந்த கொள்ளை முயற்சியை, பொதுமகன் ஒருவர் தலையிட்டு தடுத்து நிறுத்திய சம்பவம் தொடர்பில் பீல் பிராந்திய பொலிஸார் (Peel Regional Police) விசாரணைகளை ஆரம்பித்துள்ளனர்.

ஸ்ட்ரீட்ஸ்வில் (Streetsville) பகுதியில் உள்ள குயின் ஸ்ட்ரீட் சவுத் மற்றும் டேனரி ஸ்ட்ரீட் (Queen Street South and Tannery Street) அருகே இந்த சம்பவம் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது.

பாரிஸ் ப்ரூக்ஸ் (Parris Brooks) என்பவர் டிக் டொக்கில் (TikTok) பகிர்ந்த வீடியோவில், இருவர் கடையில் இருந்து மதுபானப் போத்தல்களை திருட முயன்றதும், அவர்களை நோக்கி ப்ரூக்ஸ் பாய்ந்து சென்றதும் பதிவாகியுள்ளது.

சந்தேக நபர்கள் தப்பியோட முயன்ற போது, குறைந்தது எட்டு மதுபானப் போத்தல்கள் இருந்த கூடையை ப்ரூக்ஸ் அவர்களிடம் இருந்து பறித்துள்ளார்.

அத்துடன், அவர்கள் தப்பிச் செல்லப் பயன்படுத்திய வாகனத்தின் இலக்கத் தகட்டையும் (Licence plate) அவர் கழற்றியுள்ளார்.

இதனால் கொள்ளையர்கள் ஒரேயொரு போத்தலுடன் மாத்திரம் தப்பியோடியுள்ளனர்.

இது குறித்து பொலிஸ் ஊடக அதிகாரி டைலர் பெல்-மொரீனா (Const. Tyler Bell-Morena) கூறுகையில், சந்தேக நபர்களில் ஒருவர் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவித்தார்.

மேலும், அவர் வேறு பல திருட்டுச் சம்பவங்களுடன் தொடர்புடையவர் என நம்பப்படுவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

எனினும், இவ்வாறான சம்பவங்களின் போது வன்முறைகள் வெடிக்கலாம் என்பதால், பொதுமக்கள் தங்கள் பாதுகாப்பைக் கருதி உடனடியாக காவல்துறையைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளுமாறு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளார்.
